There are plenty of ways to build homes these days, some are environmentally friendly and some are not. The BC government is in the process of coming up with some new regulations over the next few years that will ultimately end up with all "Net Zero ready" homes in new construction by 2032. We are currently in the stage of transitioning to this method. Over the next few years our goal is to get to the point where we will only build "Net Zero ready" homes exclusively. We have recently obtained our "Energuide" certification, which is one step closer to the ultimate energy efficient homes.

We are licensed and insured through Travelers Insurance Company of Canada. As
being a licensed residential builder we must continue to attend seminars and courses to upgrade and maintain our construction knowledge. We are grateful for this experience in staying tuned to new regulations and guidelines set by the province of BC.
